  This clinic was extremely excellent and extremely helpful. I was woken up at 8 am by my husband yelling to call the vet when i asked him why he told me that my dog's toe was hanging off by the bone. I fist called a closer clinic to my home, they were of no help and rude. But when i called the Mcleansboro clinic they were very helpful and kind. I took my dog into them and they quickly preformed an amputation of his toe and stiched up the rest of his paw. I feel that my dog was very well cared for and in good hands at this clinic. I would deffinetly recomend this clinic to all pet owners! I personally will be using this clinic for all my animal's needs from this day forward.

  After explaining to them what was going on with a litter of puppies they told us they just needed wormed. So we wormed the liter with what they gave us and called back 2 other times telling them theres no signs of improvements and asked if they needed brought in. Every time they told us no thats just the wormer. So being concerned and knowing something else was wrong we called another vet told them what was wrong and they had us bring them in Immediately. Come to find out find out they have coccidia and needed treated badly. We've already lost one puppy and have a couple more that are in bad shape. Mind you these are not your backyard dogs that had a litter, these are high quality show dogs that cost thousands of dollars.

  Doesn't seem to be a very compassionate business, called and explained a cat had been dropped off at our house and needed looked at. After being placed on hold for over 12 minutes was disconnected, after calling back twice they finally answered laughing and informed me they were to busy! Guess they don't really need the business.
